PRICING
Pricing: company formation, addresses, mandates and administration
The cash formation of a Swiss GmbH or AG costs CHF 750 in fixed professional fees, including consulting and notary costs and excluding commercial register fees. Every recurring service — address, mandates, accounting — has a published fixed price, and third-party costs are listed separately instead of being hidden in the package.
Fixed fees are the pricing model for every standard service at Gründung Schweiz: you see the number before you engage, and the invoice matches it. The prices below are the current schedule (as of July 2026), all exclusive of VAT at 8.1%. Where a case falls outside the standard scope — regulated activity, unusual structures, high transaction volume — you receive an individual quote in writing before work starts, never a surprise afterwards.
Company formation
Formation fees include consulting and notary costs and exclude commercial register fees. Details of each step are on the formation process page; the choice of legal form is covered in the Swiss company formation overview.
| Service | Fixed fee |
|---|---|
| Cash formation of a Swiss AG | CHF 750 |
| Cash formation of a Swiss GmbH | CHF 750 |
| Non-cash formation of a Swiss AG (contribution in kind) | CHF 1'990 |
| Non-cash formation of a Swiss GmbH (contribution in kind) | CHF 1'750 |
| Combined cash / non-cash formation of a Swiss AG | CHF 1'990 |
| Combined cash / non-cash formation of a Swiss GmbH | CHF 1'750 |
| Formation by power of attorney (for non-residents, plus formation fees) | CHF 300 |
| Fiduciary formation of an AG or GmbH (plus formation fees) | CHF 1'500 |
The share capital — CHF 20'000 for a GmbH, CHF 100'000 for an AG with at least CHF 50'000 paid in — is not a fee. It is deposited before notarisation and becomes the company's working funds after the register entry.
Registered address and domicile
Address packages are priced as a fixed monthly fee depending on location (Zug or Zurich) and service level — plain domicile, mail handling or virtual office. The packages and market rate ranges are described on the business address page; the exact quote follows a short call about mail volume.

| Change of domicile address (same seat) | CHF 150 |
| Transfer of registered office (Sitzverlegung, incl. articles amendment) | CHF 1'100 |
Mandates
Fiduciary mandates satisfy the statutory residence requirement of Art. 718 para. 4 CO. Scope, liability and the KYC process are explained on the mandates page.

Third-party costs: what is deliberately not in the fixed fee
Certain costs are set by authorities and banks, not by us — building them into a package would only hide them. They appear on the invoice at cost, without surcharge:
- Commercial register fees — charged by the cantonal register office per the official tariff for entries, mutations and certified extracts.
- Capital deposit account — banks charge a one-off fee for the blocked account; the amount varies by bank.
- Apostille, legalisation and couriers — only for founders signing documents abroad; depends on the country and its notarial fees.
- Special notarial acts outside a standard formation — quoted in advance where a case requires them.
A worked example makes the structure concrete. A non-resident founder setting up a GmbH remotely with full substance budgets: CHF 750 for the cash formation, CHF 300 for the formation by power of attorney, CHF 2'950 per year for the fiduciary managing director mandate, the monthly address fee, and CHF 1'200 per year for accounting — plus register fees at cost, the bank's capital-account fee, and apostille costs in the founder's home country. Every position above is on this page before engagement; nothing is added during the process.
When the cheapest option is the wrong one
A price list rewards comparison, so here is the honest version of it. The CHF 750 cash formation is the right product for a standard operating company — it is not automatically right for everything. A contribution in kind saves cash but costs more in fees and verification time. A formation where speed matters more than price is sometimes beaten by buying a ready-registered company. And the cheapest possible setup — minimal capital, no accounting support, bare-minimum structure — regularly turns expensive at the first bank review or tax declaration. Costs are honest when the structure fits the project; send yours through the contact form and you receive a written fixed quote within one working day.
